  • Definition/Implementation of overall C&Q strategy In line with V-Cycle (including controlled leveraging) or ASTM 2500E guidelines
  • Authoring of Validation Master Plan / Commissioning Master Plan I Commissioning Strategy
  • Definition of Organization structure including Organization Chart
  • Identification of Resource profiles and identification of same with focus on Core Team
  • Development of Integrated Schedule and associated Manpower Loading
  • Detailed Job Description and clear R&R and deliverables for team and eternal actors (Client, Construction)
  • Cost plaming and management (in line with Client Strategy)
  • Authoring / Developing (in line with existing Client Procedures or where gaps exist) of Project Specific Procedures intended to support Project operations
    • • HSE : Permit-To-Work (PTW)/ Lock-Out, Tag-Out (LOTO)
      • Change Control Management
      • Documentation Management
      • Punchlist / Incident / Deviation Management
      • C&Q Execution Principles (live document giving feed back to ensure execution consistency)
      • Training Principle during C&Q Phase (including PSP Training Matrix)
  • Authoring / Developing (in line with existing Client Procedures or where gaps exist) of consistent reporting tools including K.P.I. and supporting Metrics
  • Principle of Handover and integration of User and Maintenance teams
